Welcome to Warren Buffett’s Paper Wizard (the “Services”), a mobile game maintained and operated by Apple Inc. (“Company”, “we”, “our” or “us”).
Information We Collect and Methods of Collection
The Services uses certain tracking tools (namely App Analytics) to collect certain data about you when you download and use our Services, such as:
- Technical Data, which includes data surrounding user downloads and the effectiveness of our marketing of the Services.
- Usage Data, which includes information about how often you open the Services.
We do not collect personal data about you unless you voluntarily submit that information to us. We will only have the information you provide to us by contacting us. Additionally, you may have the opportunity to submit your name to a leader board if you obtain a high score to the extent you submit your real name, you will be providing your personal info. Please note that you will not be able to remove your name or other word entry from the leaderboard once submitted.
Information Usage and Disclosure
We will only use data collected via the Services as described herein:
- To improve our products and services
- To better understand the popularity of the Services and the marketing of the Services
- To assist using making certain business decisions
- To maintain, operate and troubleshoot the Services
We may also share your information with third parties such as hosting, data analysis, infrastructure provision, information technology services, customer service, auditing, training, and other similar services. These third parties may have access to your data necessary to perform their functions, but may not use it for other own purposes. We will not sell your data to any third party not affiliated with us without your consent except in connection with the sale or merger of the Company or the division responsible for such services.
Additionally, we may disclose your information as we believe necessary or appropriate: (a) under applicable law, including laws outside your country of residence; (b) to comply with legal process; (c) to respond to requests from public and government authorities including public and government authorities outside your country of residence; (d) to enforce our terms and conditions; (e) to protect our operations or those of any of our affiliates; (f) to protect our rights, privacy, safety or property, and/or that of our affiliates, you or others; and (g) to allow us to pursue available remedies or limit the damages that we may sustain.
We have undertaken and will undertake commercially reasonable efforts designed to prevent unauthorized access to user data retained in our servers, however, due to the inherent open nature of the Internet, we cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information provided or collected online.
We will retain your information for and for a reasonable time thereafter in accordance with our standard procedures or as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce our agreements. Even if we delete some or all of your data, we may continue to retain and use anonymous and aggregated data previously collected. Please note that we will not be liable for disclosures of your data due to errors or unauthorized acts of third parties.
Protection for Children
Our Services is intended for ages 13 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from children. When we become aware that data from a child under 13 (or such other age as may be restricted under local law) has been collected, we will use all reasonable efforts to delete such information from our database.
Changes to policy
We reserve the right, at our discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove portions from this policy at any time. Your continued use of the Services following the posting of any changes to this policy means you accept such changes.
